In my current role, I lead supervisors, project managers, and training coordinators, focusing on developing leadership skills, boosting confidence, and encouraging collaboration. I have worked side by side with clients to streamline reporting, repair strained relationships, and align services with their goals while also guiding my team to think creatively about solving problems and supporting programs.
I am passionate about making work easier and more effective, whether that means coaching leaders, mentoring team members, or simplifying processes. I have introduced root cause analysis workshops, built documentation and knowledge base structures, and driven process improvements that save time and improve outcomes. I also serve as a firm and reliable partner in vendor relationships, particularly in managing LMS challenges.
